National goalUAE Net Zero by 2050

The UAE is the first country in the region committed to net zero by 2050. Choosing certified, lower-impact products supports your own reporting.

RegulationSingle-use plastics are being phased out

Single-use plastic bags were banned from January 2024. From January 2026, single-use cups and lids, cutlery, plates, straws and stirrers and Styrofoam food boxes are banned too. Reusable branded bottles, tumblers and bags are the natural replacement.

LegacyAfter COP28

Dubai hosted COP28 in 2023. Since then, event organisers and procurement teams increasingly ask for certified materials and lower-impact packaging.

What the labels on our eco products mean

Our sustainable range carries independent, third-party certifications. Here is what each one guarantees, so you can choose, and communicate, with confidence. The certificate for any product is available on request.

Product certifications

GRSGlobal Recycled StandardVerifies recycled content and checks responsible social, environmental and chemical practices through the supply chain. On selected products the screen print, transfer or embroidery is certified too, so the branded gift stays certified.
RCSRecycled Claim StandardVerifies the amount of recycled material in a product and tracks it from source to finished item.
FSC®Forest Stewardship CouncilWood and paper come from responsibly managed forests. Used on notebooks, pencils and wooden products.
OEKO-TEX®Standard 100Textiles are tested and free from harmful substances. Covers clothing and other textile products.
OCSOrganic Content StandardVerifies organically grown material in a product and traces it through the supply chain.
GOTSGlobal Organic Textile StandardOrganic textiles meeting strict environmental and social criteria, from fibre to finished product.

The mono-material tumbler
